Terms of Service

01 · Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms form a binding contract between you and LOVEUAD LTD (Company No. 16838046), registered in England & Wales ("we", "us", "our").

02 · The Service

InterviewAI and SalesCoach are AI-powered practice tools that simulate job interviews and sales scenarios. The Service uses large language models, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech technologies to generate realistic practice sessions and feedback.

03 · Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must be a human individual. Automated access (bots, scrapers) is prohibited.
• Use of the Service is not permitted where doing so would violate applicable law in your jurisdiction.

04 · Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@loveuad.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

05 · Credits & Payments

The Service operates on a credit system. One credit is consumed per completed practice session.

06 · Refunds

Credits are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

• A technical failure on our side prevented a session from starting or completing, and the credit was not automatically restored.
• You are entitled to a statutory refund under applicable consumer law (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent).

To request a refund, email support@loveuad.com within 14 days of the transaction, including your account email and transaction reference.

For App Store purchases, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.

07 · Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate the AI prompts, models, or system architecture
• Upload CVs or documents containing malicious code
• Impersonate another person in your account or sessions
• Use automated tools to access the Service
• Share, resell, or sublicense access to the Service
• Attempt to circumvent the credit system
• Use the Service to generate harmful, discriminatory, or illegal content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

08 · AI-Generated Content

All interview questions, responses, evaluations, scores, and feedback are generated by AI (Google Gemini). You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent.
• Scores and recommendations are not assessments by qualified human professionals.
• The same session inputs may produce different outputs on different occasions.
• AI feedback does not predict actual job interview outcomes.

You retain ownership of the content you input (your answers, CV text, job descriptions). You grant us a limited licence to process that content to provide the Service.

09 · Intellectual Property

All technology, software, designs, branding, and AI system architecture comprising the Service are the property of LOVEUAD LTD or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.

10 · Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11 · Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Fitness for a particular purpose (including career advancement)
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated feedback

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that any feedback will improve your actual interview performance.

12 · Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of earnings, loss of employment opportunity, or loss of data.

13 · Termination

By you: You may delete your account at any time by emailing privacy@loveuad.com. Unused credits are forfeited on account deletion.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will provide notice where practicable.

On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 8, 9, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.

14 · Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

For users in India: we will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 (India), with proceedings conducted in English.

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, nothing in this clause affects your right to bring proceedings in your local courts or to use alternative dispute resolution schemes.

15 · Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will give you at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.

16 · Contact
